Flower Delivery Service
 

Blossom Dreams Flower will be starting flower delivery service, as long as you order flowers over $150, you can have free delivery to downstairs of the housing estate (now only many places in Sha Tin District are in the free delivery range)

Plant Delivery Service

Our store has plant delivery. As long as you purchase plants over $500, you can deliver to multiple areas in Sha Tin District.

If you purchase over $600, free delivery to Kowloon areas and Hong Kong areas

Flower​ Bouquet Delivery Service

Free Delivery for $400 or above can be delivered to multiple areas in Sha Tin District

(along the subway line excluding the mountain area),

$550 or above can be delivered to Kowloon and Hong Kong for free

(along the subway line excluding the mountain area).

Min $500 : Near Sha Tin Area

Min $600: Sha Tin District (Tai po, Wu Kai Sha Etc)

Min $700: (Kowloon, Hong Kong District)

Delivery Information

1. Standard Time Delivery

Delivery by our team. Two delivery slots each day: 8am-1pm, 2pm-6pm.

Customers who purchase products for a specified amount or more will be entitled to free delivery of marked time slots. (Flower basket delivery service is not included)

2. Delivery at Specified Time

Orders that require delivery within a specified time (delivery time shall not exceed 30 minutes before or after) will be subject to a surcharge of  $100 or more. Please indicate your needs and inquire about the actual surcharge when placing your order.

3. Instant Delivery

Instant delivery service designed for urgent orders. Instant delivery will be arranged as soon as possible after receiving the order. The service requires a surcharge of at least $100 or more, which depends on the delivery location.

4. Flower Basket Delivery

We will provide free delivery, at a minimum order of the flower basket. Since flower baskets require professional skills, we will arrange delivery in the morning. If the customer requires delivery at a designated time, an additional surcharge will be charged.

Order Information

1. Company

Please provide the floor number, room number and company name; if the company is large, the department name must also be provided.

2. Residential

Please provide the building name,  block number, floor number and room number.

3. Hotel

Please fill in the relevant details in the order form:

- The recipient will pick up the bouquet at the lobby (Recipient's name and contact number must be provided)  

- The deliveryman will hand it over to the hotel front desk staff, who will then hand it over to the room. (The reservation number, reservation's name, and contact number must be provided.)

4. Restaurant 

Please fill in the relevant details in the order form:

- The recipient is a restaurant guest (Please provide the name and contact number of the person who made the reservation)

- The recipient is a restaurant employee (Please provide the name and telephone number of the employee)

5. Hospital

Please fill in the relevant details in the order form:

- The recipient is a patient (Please provide the bed number)

- The recipient is a medical staff, (Please provide the department and position to which he/she belongs)

Changes in order information

If there is a change in the address, time or date on the day of delivery, appropriate arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis. If the changed of address or time cannot match the driver's delivery route that day, the order will only be arranged to be sent out after all orders delivered by the driver that day completed; if the changed address or time can still match the driver's delivery route that day, , the relevant orders will be delivery as usual.

Special Arrangement

In the event of road congestion, traffic accidents, special weather conditions, etc. (typhoon signal No. 8 and black rainstorm signal), the order may not be delivered on time.

We will contact the customer immediately to inform the customer of the situation and request instructions to make appropriate arrangements.

Order cannot be delivered/ rejected

If the recipient rejected the goods, or the driver cannot contact the recipient, and cannot find any place such as the reception or management office where the goods can be collected, or any staff who can collect the goods, the driver will immediately contact the buyer to make appropriate arrangements. If the driver is unable to contact the buyer, the order will be returned directly to the company. In any case, if the order is returned to the Company, the customer will be responsible for additional delivery charges. If the recipient rejected the goods and the goods are returned to our company, our store will wait for the customer's next instructions. If no relevant instructions are received within three months, it will be treated as abandoned.
