Order Information
Blossom Dreams Flower has different payment methods,
such as Payme, FPS, bank transfer, PayPal, etc.
Order Confirmation
Orders can be confirmed by placing a deposit. We will follow up and process the order for the customer after receiving the deposit. (The deposit is half of the total order amount)
Delivery Order
For all orders that requires delivery, our store needs to collect the full amount from the customer first.
Order Cancellation
The order cannot be cancelled once we prepared. As the order requires costs, the store will not make any refund.
Order Changes
Once the order is confirmed, you can only change the date 3 days before flower collection or delivery (including the day of flower collection), and the period is within 30 days from the day of flower collection or delivery. (Only limit to one time change)
Same Day Order
For orders that require delivery on the same day, we will incur additional charges as we need to make special arrangement to deliver.
